FAQ

Common questions

Do my clients need to create an EasyRender account?

No. Clients open the shared link in any browser and can comment and approve without signing up.

How many approval boards can I create?

Starter plan: 5 boards. Pro plan: 20 boards. Studio plan: 50 boards. Each new project gets its own board.

Can I track which renders have been approved and which need revision?

Yes. Each image on a board shows its status: pending, revision requested, or approved.

Can I upload new versions of a render to the same board?

Yes. Upload revised renders directly to the board and the client can compare against the previous version.

Is the approval board link public or private?

The link is private. Only people you share it with can access it. It is not indexed or publicly discoverable.
